A good product needs assessment should allow you to evaluate several products, answer your questions, and facilitate your selection of the solution that is best for your specific situation and voluntary control.

Professionals qualified to do product needs assessments come from many fields, including those licensed or certified in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech/language pathology, and other areas of expertise. Others, while not certified or licensed, may also provide product evaluation information.

Our services help you perform a product needs assessment process geared to help you identify applicable product solutions to your voluntary control, and specific situation. As a product provider we are fully trained to provide product knowledge directly to you or to the professional engaged in your assessment.

Installation, Set-up & Configuration:
Most products are easy to use and easy to adapt to your requirements. However some products can prove to be more difficult to manage, configure or even to install because of the users own disabilities or other varying limitations. We are here to help you and can arrange for the installation, configuration and set-up of any of the products we offer.

Training & On-Going Support:
While our products may require training or on-going support to ensure their user-ability and ease-of-use, We have set-up a host of services and partners to help us, help you in your community.

Product Rentals:

If required, you can rent certain products by the month, the length of your training or vocational programs or for the entire year. This program is geared towards helping people determine a products suitability, to assist those with decreasing or increasing abilities (such as muscle movement, sight, hearing, etc.), educational or vocational programs as well as may other personal or professional requirements.
